Submerged Echoes
A downloadable game for Windows
Submerged Echoes is a minimalist, short, narrative experience inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's literature (in particular, the Cthulhu mythos) and Thrust-like gameplay.
In the game you'll interpret a bathyscaphe pilot who is tasked with finding the Queen Mary, an allied submarine who mysteriously disappeared.
Even though it is a narrative experience, it has been designed to be moderately challenging, as such, every time the bathyscaphe touches a wall or an obstacle you'll have to restart the level.
On the other hand note that the game is very short, a perfect playthrough (that is, without deaths) will last under 5 mins.

Great stuff! I died so many times though hahaha! Maybe more checkpoints in an update or a no-death mode so people can enjoy the story? Also the subs went by so fast I sometimes crashed my sub just trying to read it! Still, I always love me something Lovecraftian ♥ Thanks!!

We will consider your suggestions, as we already noticed (and watching the game played by another gamer reinforced the feel) that some "aspects" are certainly frustrating. (⊙﹏⊙)
Today we already uploaded a new version and in the next days we will correct some of the issues! (^Ｏ^)
